Walkin' Totes Rentals serves Wilmington, New Hanover County, and surrounding areas. Each order needs two locations: the tote drop-off address and the tote pickup/final location address.
Local delivery and pickup are included in New Hanover County. Surrounding-area service is available up to approximately 1 hour from Wilmington and billed at $1.50 per mile round trip when either the drop-off address or pickup/final location is outside the local service area.

Delivery + pickup details
Two addresses are needed for every rental.
Customers should provide where the totes are dropped off and where the totes will be picked up after the move.
Tote Drop-Off Address
This is where Walkin' Totes Rentals delivers the empty totes and dollies at the beginning of the rental.
Tote Pickup / Final Location
This is where Walkin' Totes Rentals picks up the empty totes and dollies after the customer has moved and unpacked.
Surrounding-Area Fee
If either address is outside the local New Hanover County service area, mileage may be added at $1.50 per mile round trip.
Rental terms

Rental Period
Choose a 1-week, 2-week, or 3-week rental when requesting your quote. Extensions must be approved before the scheduled pickup date.
Deposits
Refundable deposits range from $25 to $75 based on package size. Deposits are collected separately and returned after pickup inspection when all equipment is returned in good condition.
Additional Dollies
Additional dollies may be added to any order for $10 each, when available.
Zip Tie Add-On
Optional heavy-duty zip tie packs are available: 25 for $5, 50 for $8, or 100 for $12.
Missing / Damaged Items
Missing, cracked, heavily soiled, or damaged totes and dollies may be deducted from the deposit.
Delivery + Pickup Locations
Customers must provide a tote drop-off address and a tote pickup/final location address. Mileage may apply if either location is outside the local New Hanover County service area.
